1. Operator and Contact

RiftPick is operated by RiftPick. For legal, support, or account-related questions, contact us at contact@riftpick.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use RiftPick. If applicable law requires a higher minimum age for online services or consent to data processing in your country, that higher age applies unless consent is provided by a parent or legal guardian.

3. Accounts and Security

You may need an account to use RiftPick. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.

RiftPick supports authentication and connected accounts through third-party providers such as Google, Discord, and Twitch. Your use of those providers is also governed by their own terms and policies.

4. Fantasy Gameplay

RiftPick allows users to collect virtual cards, build fantasy lineups, open packs, use boosters, earn points based on esports match data, and compete on leaderboards. Scoring, card availability, rewards, game rules, and features may change over time for balancing, technical, operational, or data-quality reasons.

Match, player, team, and tournament data may be sourced from third-party services or public esports information. We do not guarantee that all data will be complete, uninterrupted, accurate, or available at all times.

5. Virtual Items and No Cash Value

Coins, shards, cards, boosters, packs, leaderboard rewards, referral rewards, and other in-app items are virtual items used only within RiftPick. They have no monetary value, cannot be sold, transferred outside RiftPick, redeemed for cash, or exchanged for real-world goods or services.

RiftPick currently does not offer real-money purchases or paid gambling-style features. If this changes in the future, these Terms and related disclosures will be updated before such features are introduced.

6. Referrals, Rewards, and Promotions

RiftPick may provide referral links, bonuses, daily rewards, leaderboard rewards, or other promotional features. We may modify, limit, suspend, or remove such features if they are abused, exploited, incorrectly awarded, or no longer supported.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse RiftPick. Prohibited conduct includes attempting to interfere with the service, exploiting bugs, automating gameplay or account actions without permission, scraping non-public data, impersonating others, harassing users, attempting unauthorized access, or using RiftPick for unlawful purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

RiftPick, including its design, interface, code, original text, and original assets, is owned by RiftPick or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of RiftPick except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

9. Third-Party Rights and Riot Disclaimer

RiftPick is an unofficial fan-made fantasy platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Riot Games, League of Legends, LoL Esports, the LEC, or any tournament organizer. All trademarks, logos, names, images, and copyrights belong to their respective owners.

Any third-party names, logos, teams, players, tournaments, or game references are used for identification and informational purposes only.

10. Service Availability and Changes

RiftPick is provided on an evolving basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, competitions, rewards, data syncs, or the entire service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, reset rewards, or restrict access if we believe a user violated these Terms, abused the service, created security risks, or caused harm to RiftPick or other users.

12. Disclaimers

RiftPick is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RiftPick will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, virtual items, reputation, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use RiftPick.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the service or other appropriate means. Continued use of RiftPick after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
